    Lucy Pet Oasis accepts payment in the form of cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, ) contactless payment methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also offer the convenience of online payment through our secure website for services such as grooming and boarding. Additionally, we are proud to offer financing options through partnerships with selected pet care financing companies, ensuring that your beloved pet receives the care they need without financial strain.     At Lucy Pet Oasis, we offer free delivery for orders over AED 100. For orders under AED 100, a flat fee of AED 25 applies. We strive to ensure timely and efficient delivery of all orders, and provide tracking information for shipped packages. Our delivery policy is designed to offer convenience and value to our customers, while maintaining the highest standards of service.   • What are the return policy?
    Return/Exchange Policy: Accepting unopened, unused items with original tags and proof of purchase within 3 days of receipt. Items must be in original packaging and the same condition as received. Exclusions: Not accepting return/exchange for sale items, opened/used pet treats, pet food, healthcare products, and used/damaged pet accessories. Return Services: Free product pick-up for approved returns. AED 50 charge for "urgent" return services in Dubai (not available for other Emirates). Exchanges: Exchange for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 5 days of receiving the order. Refunds (Delivered Items): Confirmation email upon receiving the returned item. Refunds issued through gift vouchers or points if the return is approved. Cancellation & Refunds (Undelivered Items): Order cancellation accepted before dispatch. Full refund only for undelivered orders. Refunds processed through the Original Mode of Payment, taking up to 30 days for completion. It is important for the health and safety of all our clients, both furry and human. Additionally, we recommend waiting at least 7 days after shots before having your pet groomed. This waiting period helps to ensure your pet has not suffered any side effects and isn’t sore at the injection site, which can cause irritability.
